  Call analysis & funding match

  I help project owners, institutions and researchers identify the most suitable programme or open call. Each idea is assessed for needs, call fit, target groups, feasibility and expected impact before writing begins.

  Proposal writing

  I develop complete proposals aligned with the objectives, eligibility rules and evaluation criteria of each call. This covers needs analysis, objectives, methodology, activities, outputs, impact logic, dissemination and sustainability.

  Consortium building

  I identify national and international partners and structure partnerships around clear roles. I also manage communication between researchers, institutional stakeholders and funding bodies.

  Project implementation & reporting

  I follow approved projects through delivery: work plans, activities, deadlines, partner communication, documentation, deliverables and reporting requirements. The aim is continuity between the approved proposal and day-to-day work.

  Youth & sport projects

  Erasmus+ Sport and youth participation are at the centre of my portfolio, from female referees in amateur football to municipal sport and leadership programmes. I design projects around inclusion, participation and wellbeing.

  Research coordination

  I have led two TÜBİTAK-funded student research projects and supported the administration and reporting of TÜBİTAK-funded projects at a university research centre. I bring the same structure to academic and research-driven proposals.

• Universities and researchers

  I help university teams turn research and training ideas into Erasmus+, EIT and TÜBİTAK proposals that follow the call criteria closely.

Professional background

I am a project development and international cooperation professional specialising in EU-funded projects, grant proposal writing, partnership development and project management, with a particular focus on Erasmus+ and Erasmus+ Sport.

My experience spans civil society, academia, public institutions and the private sector. Through my work with Innovus Solution and AiforLives GmbH, I contributed to approximately ten successful funding proposals, combining funding opportunity analysis, proposal development, consortium building and project coordination.

I have contributed to TÜBİTAK-supported research projects and explored Horizon Europe funding opportunities. My involvement with Yıldız Technical University and the Beykoz City Council Youth Assembly strengthened my expertise in research coordination, institutional cooperation and youth participation.

I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Political Science and Public Administration at Istanbul Medeniyet University and studying French at Université Lumière Lyon 2. I am based in Lyon, France, and currently work with Logicentra.
