SCOREWOMEN

Summary

SCOREWOMEN strengthens the stress-management and decision-making skills of female referees in amateur football. It responds to controversial decisions, verbal and physical abuse, gender stereotypes and unequal participation in the sport.

Contribution

• Developed the complete concept and project architecture independently and wrote the funding proposal
• Defined the target group, objectives, methodology, activities, outputs and intended impact
• Designed a training programme on decision-making, emotional resilience and stress under match conditions, with digital learning content and simulated real-game scenarios
• Structured the partnership and developed the dissemination and sustainability logic
